No shipping charges will be applied on orders over $99*

We expect our customers (you) to provide full and accurate delivery details at the time of submitting the order. Errors or Omissions in your delivery details may result in delays or non-delivery of your order and we will not take responsibility for your order in such a case. Should a non-delivery occur due to incorrect details provided by you, you may not be entitled to a refund or replacement of goods or refund of shipping charges.

If for whatever reason your order is returned to us you will be entitled to a refund (excluding original delivery charges and/or any return charges we have incurred) or we can resend your order and you will be responsible to pay for the new delivery charges.

Orders normally take approximately 2 business days to be processed. It may take between 1 to 2 working days for shipment to arrive, subject to location. You will be provided with shipping details via email once your order has been shipped. Deliveries will be made by Australia Post or the local courier. Your signature may be required upon delivery.

Delivery times indicated above are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by such date. Therefore, your non-receipt of ordered goods within the expected lead time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive a refund for either products or postage costs.
