· we are required to do so under any relevant laws.
you will be entitled to a refund, exchange, or a credit on your account (excluding original delivery charges and/or any return charges we have incurred) depending on your choice.
Return delivery charges will be your responsibility and we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. Exceptions may be applied to faulty items. It is advisable that you return the products to us using a secure and traceable method.
The returned product must be in unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. We will assess the condition of the returned product before we can offer you a refund, exchange, or credit. Please note that you will be provided with a refund, exchange, or credit equal to the cost of the products only, excluding any original or return delivery charges. If you wish to exchange products, new delivery charges would need to be paid to send the items to you. All refunds will be issued via the same method used to purchase the items.
